everybody I want to know if you all know of any software to upgrade from a 93 computer? I am having some problems with my computer. I don’t want to throw it away but I want to upgrade it and in the future and put my pictures on my site but I can’t if this computer keeps on messing up.

Does any one know of any ideas? From a 93 computer to a updated computer that will work for more than just a year.
Does anybody know of any software that I can pay for that is cheap I have looked on pcworld and I don’t see much soo I am asking you to help me out here
